1000 Mile Kinesiology Tape 5cm x 5m Roll is designed to improve the body’s natural healing process by helping to support muscular movement and increase blood flow around painful, inflamed, tired or 'sticky' muscles.

1000 Mile kinesiology tape offers consistent stretch with a great elastic memory. It keeps its length when removed from the backing paper and keeps its tension the whole time it is on.

This kinesiology tape is:

Superbly adhesive - stays on for up to 7 days, with a 5N/cm rating
Water resistant - including shower immersions
Non-restrictive - the wave pattern adhesive backing moves with the skin and muscles to allow a full range of motion
Hypoallergenic (glue) - to reduce irritation on the skin during wear
Continuous - just cut off a piece to your desired length.
Easily applied - either at home or by a physio.

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean the parts of the body that need taping
Cut tape as required and press the adhesive surface gently onto the skin
Apply the tape in the direction that feels most comfortable
Remove the tape carefully after use and dispose

Do not apply tape over untreated wounds. Take care when using the tape in case of sensitive skin. Remove the tape immediately in the event of an allergic reaction. Complex applications should be performed by a specialist. Each piece of tape should only be applied once.
