Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole. "Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website. Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

The Phantom 4 continuing to serve as a high cushion neutral daily trainer, the Phantom 4 features an all-new upper, midsole, and outsole design to improve aesthetics, making for a sleeker and more dynamic design. An increase in the stack height, now 35mm-30mm, up from 33mm-28mm, provides an even more cushioned and comfortable ride, perfect for all day wear. The ZipFoam compound continues to improve, where it is lighter, softer, and more responsive than previous iterations. An Ortholite insole rounds out the enhancements, continuing to provide a comfortable step-in feel.
