Strap-It Grip-It Kinesiology Tape 5cm x 5m is the most popular size of kinesiology tape on the market, as it applies easily to most body regions.

Kinesiology tape can benefit a wide variety of sports injuries. Most strapping tapes are non-elastic and must be wrapped tightly around the injured muscle or joint, which restricts movement and can eventually cut off circulation. Kinesiology tape, however, has elastic properties that provide dynamic support. You can apply kinesiology tape directly over/around the periphery of your injured joint or muscle, which is non-restrictive. As a result, you can keep your tape in place for 4-5 days (depending on application).

The Grip-It Kinesiology Tape features:

80-100% stretch properties. A 40% stretch on application is recommended, with NO tension on the end of the tape when applying.
Waterproof technology: you can swim, shower, bathe and sweat during intense exercise with your tape on. The tape will dry quickly after a quick pat with a towel.
Long-lasting, so you don’t have to replace your tape for days.
Latex- and zinc oxide-free design.
