Shoes are made in many factories around the world and even models within the same brand can be quite different. To assist our customers in choosing the right size, we measure every shoe we receive. All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

Fixed my heel pain After 40 years of competitive running I developed an acute heel pain in my right foot which became so chronic I could hardly walk without extreme pain. I had never had this issue previously. I changed my insoles in my work shoes as I wear these shoes for the most time in a day on my feet. I replaced them with a FULL length Sofsole Plantar Fascia insole which has gel pod in the heel for protection on heel strike and a moulded plastic shank that runs the length of the Plantar Fascia tendon in the arch area Which stops any unnecessary twisting in the arch area. I ceased running for 2 weeks completely but still maintained a fast walk every 2nd day, mainly for my own sanity. From week 3 I added a short run between 5 – 8km twice a week and by the end of 4 weeks my soreness had completely gone. Another 2 months have passed and still no issues and I am back in full training with my long run back up to 25km. I do recommend giving the Sofsole Plantar Fascia insole a try and it will take the full 4 weeks to recover as promised by our supplier.
