Instinct VSR LV adapts perfectly to a wide variety of footholds and angles, with unrivalled heel hooking performance.
Please note that climbing shoes require a precision fit which typically necessitates trying on the shoes, and the fit recommended by the size guide can vary from person to person. We strongly recommend trying on climbing shoes before purchasing.
Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website.

Shoes are made in many factories around the world and even models within the same brand can be quite different. To assist our customers in choosing the right size, we measure every shoe we receive. All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

The Instinct VSR LV adds a new fit option to the Instinct family. This LV version offers a true low-volume option, featuring a reduced volume toe box and instep and a narrower heel. With a Bi-Tension active rand, generous rubber toe patch, and Vibram Grip 2 rubber, this shoe has all the features you need for the send.
