Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole. "Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website. Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

The Mammut Nova IV Mid GTX women’s shoes are perfect for long days of hiking. Rain or shine, the waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane will keep your feet cool and dry. The grippy and flexible Vibram outsole offers a strong hold on every surface. The 3D Memo foam adapts to the shape of your foot for maximum comfort and blister prevention. The shoe is made partly out of recycled materials, in fair-work certified factories with a water and CO2 saving process.
