Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole."Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website.Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

Keen Arroyo II Mens Shoes Daryl, 24 March 2018 This is my 2nd pair of Keen Arroyo's. They are fantastic for hiking in wet and dry areas. Extremely comfortable and fantastic grip over wet, slippery rocks. Always feel safe in these and know that they will take me wherever I want to go. Just thankful that they still make them. Also wanted a lacing system that allowed me to slip out of the shoes quickly. This shoe meets all of those requirements. In addition, it allows me to insert my full-length orthotics, so they are really comfortable to wear. The shoe appears very well constructed. The other thing I must mention is the service from Wildfire Sports. Communication with them by phone and email was invariably courteous, friendly and very efficient. They offer to send a size up or down for a small additional fee and this allowed me to get the absolutely best fit for my feet. Can't fault their service and would not hesitate to use them again.
