Toesocks are designed to separate your toes to promote proper alignment and toe splay, so that you use your entire foot while running. Plus, with each toe separated, skin-on-skin friction is eliminated to protect your foot from uncomfortable blisters and hot spots.

Injinji Ultra Run Mini Crew Unisex Toe socks Keith, 7 March 2022 I have never worn toe socks before, but I am a convert. I purchased these to wear with my trail shoes. They take a little more time to put on, as you focus on making sure every toe is cocooned in it's own snug-little pouch, but it is worth the effort. I have worn these on a 20km trek and many 10km-15km runs and they have proven to be fantastic. I have purchased other pairs and even bought a pair for my wife. At the time she unwrapped them, she thought I was weird, but now that she has worn them...she too is a convert.
