GU Energy Chews feature:

  • Carbohydrates - both maltodextrin and fructose, which use non-competing pathways to help maximise absorption, increase carbohydrate utilisation, and diminish stomach distress, for energy that kicks in quickly and stays with you all the way.
  • Sodium - the primary electrolyte lost in sweat that aids in hydration by maintaining fluid balance.
  • Branched-chain amino acids - L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine may reduce mental fatigue and decrease muscle damage, all while jump-starting recovery.
  • 20mg caffeine (Strawberry flavour) - helps enhance performance by increasing focus and concentration while training or racing.
  • Vegan-friendly ingredients - GU Energy Chews are both vegan and gluten-free.
  • Bite-sized pices - four Chews equal one serving, with two servings per packet.
  • Portable packet - with a perforated strip at the top that allows you to squeeze out one Chew at a time.
