Freeze Dried Apple Wedges infused with Blackcurrant are simply full of taste and crunch. They are made from sweet, crunchy Tasmanian apples. The apples are washed and wedged, then they are soaked in raspberry juice, frozen and freeze dried. Then we pack them in bags and wait for your order! Freeze dried fruit means the flavour, colour and antioxidants of the fruit are all locked in! Not to mention it adds a wonderfully different crunch factor and texture.
