The Brooks Hyperion Max 3 is a long-run ready super trainer with an all-new cushioning setup that takes the shoe to the next level of underfoot comfort and response.
Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole. "Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website. Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

The Hyperion Max 3 is design for runners looking to optimize their training journey so they can run fast on race day. The Hyperion Max 3 is built to deliver speed and protection with DNA GOLD cushioning, RapidRoll Rocker, and a strategically constructed midsole, suited for workouts ranging from track work to long runs. It is a plated super trainer that features PEBA-based DNA Gold foam, maximal midsole stack, an aggressive forefoot rocker, and a Speed Vault plate.
