Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole. "Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website. Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! The Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 D Men’s Shoes are designed to provide exceptional support and cushioning for road running, offering a smooth and stable ride for overpronators. This model incorporates GuideRails support technology (GTS) to control excess movement and maintain the body's natural motion, reducing stress on the knees and hips. The shoe features the DNA Tuned midsole with nitrogen-infused foam that adjusts seamlessly for plush landings in the heel and responsive toe-offs in the forefoot. The broad platform provides a firm footing, while the reconstructed heel ensures a snug fit in the heel. Its double jacquard mesh upper is engineered for an accommodating and flexible fit, while the Achilles pull tab aids in easy wearability. The rubber outsole provides superior grip and durability for road running, and enhances running efficiency.
