Plantar fasciitis refers to the inflammation of the thick band of tissue that runs along the base of your foot called your plantar fascia. Plantar fasciitis is a common injury among runners due to the repetitive stress caused by impact forces on the pavement. By cushioning your plantar fascia with shock-absorbing PureGEL, FF BLAST MAX and FF BLAST PLUS, your feet get the protection they need for long runs. This is general advice only.
