Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole. "Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website. Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

The Right Shoe Project
Shoes are made in many factories around the world and even models within the same brand can be quite different. To assist our customers in choosing the right size, we measure every shoe we receive. All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

The ASICS GEL-550TR D Women's Shoes feature the DUOMAX support system, providing medial midfoot support for side-to-side lateral movement, making them ideal for diverse training regimes. The FLYTEFOAM midsole offers lightweight cushioning, enhancing comfort and responsiveness. The solid rubber outsole in the forefoot and High Abrasion Rubber (AHAR) plus rearfoot ensure durability and traction, with exposed forefoot flex grooving for added flexibility. The TRUSSTIC system under the midfoot area provides additional stability. The upper is made of full grain leather vamp and synthetic leather, ensuring both durability and a comfortable fit. The forefoot and rearfoot GEL technology provide excellent shock absorption. The shoes also feature a removable moulded sockliner for added convenience and a wider D fitting for a more comfortable fit.
