Prevent blisters from forming with the Adventure Medical Moleskin Kit by adding its die-cut moleskin shapes to fit common problem areas, including the heel, side of foot and toes.

Moleskin immediately reduces friction, keeping hot spots from developing into blisters. Apply to problem areas before you begin hiking or as soon as you feel friction on the trail, and blisters will be a thing of the past.

This package contains:

2x Moleskin sheets (11 pieces per sheet) - pre-cut and shaped to fit common blister areas; no scissors required
